Martin Smith is a full time realtor with One Percent Realty Limited. He has completed more than 100 transactions while working as a traditional real estate agent with various companies including Remax, Royal Lepage, and Sutton Group. He is an award winning agent who has achieved individual sales volume above the industry average. This experience will be valuable to his work with One Percent Realty by offering a different perspective from which his clients can only benefit. Martin's primary focus area is Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Niagara, Brampton, Mississauga, and Toronto.

Martin has always believed in providing value to his clients whether they are buying or selling their home. He developed a One Percent listing strategy well before joining the company. He viewed the emergence of new technology as the game changer. He new that the role of the real estate professional would evolve with new technology as in other industries or they would find themselves redundant in the new realty. Martin believes that his clients deserve to benefit from the efficiencies created in the form of lower commission without compromising on quality.

Martin understands that buying or selling a home can be very stressful for the average person. Even though his clients pay less commission, they don't have any additional responsibilities compared to an agent charging full commission. Martin takes care of all aspects of the sale including photography, arranging showings, open houses, negotiation of the offer, and all other agent related duties until closing day. His clients get to enjoy all the benefits of the lower commission paired full service. He is a true professional who works in his clients best interests at all times to ensure the most value for every transaction.

Martin has an MBA from Queens University. When he is not closing real estate deals, he enjoys working out at the gym or hiking the beautiful trails of the Niagara Escarpment.
